Getting Started

Lifelyfamily is a comprehensive family management platform that helps you organize contacts, manage calendars, track budgets, and keep your family connected. It provides tools for family coordination, event planning, and financial management all in one place.

After registering, you can create a new family group from your dashboard. Click on "Create Family" and invite family members via email. Once they accept the invitation, they'll be able to access shared family data.

Go to your family settings and click "Invite Members". Enter their email addresses and they'll receive an invitation. Once they register and accept, they'll become part of your family group with appropriate permissions.

Account & Profile

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Go to your profile settings and click "Edit Profile". You can update your email address there. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data. Contact our support team through the contact form if you need to delete your account. We can assist you with this process.

Features & Functionality

Use the Contacts section to add, edit, and organize family member information. You can store phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, and important dates. Contacts are shared with your family group.

The calendar helps you schedule family events, appointments, and important dates. You can create recurring events, set reminders, and share calendars with family members. Events can be marked as private or family-visible.

Create budget categories for different expenses, set monthly limits, and track your spending. You can add transactions manually or import them. Get insights into your spending patterns and receive alerts when approaching limits.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link. Clear your browser cache and cookies if issues persist. Contact support if you continue having problems.

Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If data still isn't syncing, log out and log back in. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact support if the issue continues.

Use the contact form and select "Bug Report" as the category. Include detailed steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful when reporting visual issues.
