• Other family organization tools and features

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old to create an account

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Parents or legal guardians may create profiles for their children under their supervision.

5. Family Groups

5.1 Creating and Managing Families

When creating or managing a family group:

• You can invite members via email or invitation code
• Family administrators have additional permissions
• You can leave a family group at any time
• Removing members may delete their content from the family

5.2 Shared Content

Content shared within a family group:

• Is visible to all family members unless marked private
• May be edited or deleted by family administrators
• Remains accessible to the family if you leave the group
• Is subject to storage limits based on your subscription plan

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Free and Premium Plans

We offer different subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits
• Premium Plan: Extended features and higher limits
• Family Pro Plan: Unlimited access to all features

6.2 Billing and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Features will be downgraded to the free plan after expiration
• Data exceeding free plan limits may become inaccessible
• No partial refunds for unused time

• Right to create backups and derivatives for service operation

• Share malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Storage and Data Limits

Storage limits vary by plan:

• Free: 2GB storage
• Premium: 25GB storage
• Family Pro: 100GB storage

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content exceeding storage limits
• Delete inactive accounts after extended periods
• Archive old content to optimize performance

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:
